Inclusive Sport
Sailing is one of the very few sports in which able-bodied sailors and disabled sailors can participate on equal terms.
Rossendale Valley Sailing Club recognises that potential participants are not from one homogeneous group and that people of all ages, interests and abilities are involved in this sport. We strive through Sailability to make it accessible for everyone. Our facilities include an accessible club house, that includes an accessible changing/shower room.

School Groups
Local schools can join the club and participate in the RYA Certificate of Achievement Scheme. This scheme enables people with a learning difficulty to achieve set tasks in sailing and be rewarded for that achievement.
